The Fort McCoy Personnel Services Branch can issue ID cards for members of all branches of the service - active, reserve, guard, retirees and dependents - as well as Department of Defense civilian employees and contrators.

• Two forms of identification (one must contain photo) are required for issuance of an ID card.
• Dependents obtaining ID cards must be accompanied by their sponsor. The only exception to this is for dependents of mobilized Soldiers, whereby the Soldier's mobilization orders and Power of Attorney documents will be accepted in lieu of the Soldier's presence.

ID cards are issued in Building 2187 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call (608) 388-4563 prior to visiting to verify hours.
