A ribbon is cut at the classroom/laboratory at the Army Reserve Readiness Training Center (ARRTC) to mark the opening of  the  first Army mirror site established to conduct System Administrator/Network Manager Security Course training. Deputy Chief of the Army Reserve Col. Malcolm B. Westcott said ARRTC personnel are on point in the area of training innovations.
