Ho-Chunk Nation, Fort McCoy sign historic Memorandum of Understanding

Ho-Chunk Nation President Pro Tem Clarence Pettibone (left) and Fort McCoy Installation Commander Col. Michael R. Staszak are joined by other members of leadership of the Ho-Chunk Nation and Fort McCoy in an honor dance, a Ho-Chunk custom, following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding that established a government-to-government relationship regarding tribal consultation. The Pendleton blanket draped over Staszak's shoulder was a gift to Fort McCoy from the Ho-Chunk Nation. (See story, photos.)
