About
800 engineer soldiers were at Fort McCoy June 16 to 23 to accomplish
Installation Related Construction (IRC) troop projects. Above, members of
the 863rd Engineer Battalion work on the East Maneuver Road, which will
provide a second north-south crossing on the installation. Other
projects included doing building renovations and constructing training
