New IED-Defeat driving lane ready 

Debris is piling up on the roadsides of the Fort McCoy ranges, and although it looks like miscellaneous litter, it's not. The abandoned car parts, concrete slabs and rusty rebar play key roles in a carefully choreographed part of mobilization: Improvised Explosive Device Defeat individual training. (See story, photo.)
