Personnel from C Company, 863rd Engineer Battalion of Rockland, Ill., begin disassembling the Parade Review Stand at Fort McCoy's Parade Field No. 1. Construction of a new Parade Review Stand, construction of a two-mile gravel maneuver road, as well as construction and rehabilitation of buildings are among projects on tap for the June through August time frame.   (See story, photo.)
