Dormitory project on schedule
Employees from Fowler and Hammer Inc., of La Crosse, Wis., work on the Phase II
Dormitory project at the Army Reserve Readiness Training Center (ARRTC). The 107,500
square foot building will be connected to the main ARRTC building by a walkway. The
project is well on its way toward completion, according to the Fort McCoy Army Corps of
Engineers Resident Office. The project is scheduled to be completed in September.
