Defensive tactics

Mike Dieckhoff, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) conservation warden for Janesville, and Dan Perry, ranger for the Northern Highland-American Legion State Forest in northern Wisconsin, provide defensive and arrest tactics instruction to newer WDNR conservation wardens during a training session in Fort McCoy's Rumpel Fitness Center.

A Zumba Fitness class is led by fitness instructor Julie Pressler at Rumpel Fitness Center. Zumba is an aerobic workout that incorporates a variety of choreographed dance genres, such as salsa, hip-hop, merengue, mambo and more.
