The fighter target training was part of a cooperative effort between the fighter wing and the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security. A previous similar training effort took place in 2015.

Air Force, Navy, and Army medical personnel load mannequins into a truck during operations for the Patriot Warrior and Global Medic exercises Aug. 16 at Fort McCoy. More than 600 Air Force Reserve Airmen and more than 12,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, and international partners converged on the state of Wisconsin to support a range of interlinked exercises including Patriot Warrior, Global Medic, Combat Support Training Exercise, Diamond Saber, and Mortuary Affairs Exercise.
