Remagen re-enactment

Soldiers with the 1st Battalion, 310th Brigade Engineer Battalion participate in an exercise Jan. 26 at Fort McCoy.

The exercise recreated the Battle of the Remagen Bridge from World War II, helping the participants test their knowledge and understanding of the principles and tenants of unified land operations within the battalion.

The battalion is part of the 181st Multi-Functional Training Brigade.

RTS-Maintenance tour

Students from Tomah (Wis.) High School interact with Regional Training Site-Maintenance staff on Feb. 1 as part of a tour coordinated by the Fort McCoy Recruiting Company.

Students received hands-on experience with large and small engines while also learning about the technology used to diagnose issues within specific systems.

Line 'em up!

Students with Coulee Christian School of West Salem, Wis., and Royall Middle School of Elroy line up to participate in snowtubing at Whitetail Ridge Ski Area on Jan. 26 at Fort McCoy.

Dozens of students participated in the special opening of the ski area for fun on the slopes.

Connecting tots

Fort McCoy Family members participate in the Connect the Tots play group Jan. 31 at Army Community Service's building 2161.
