U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Commanding General Gen. Robert B. Abrams made an official visit to Fort McCoy Aug. 17-18 to view Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX) 86-16-03 and other exercises and to visit with service members participating in training.

Abrams visited numerous training areas on North Post and South Post and learned not only about CSTX and the 86th Training Division, which is leading the exercise operations, but also about other related exercises, such as Global Medic, Diamond Saber, and Patriot Warrior.

Abrams became the 22nd commander of FORSCOM in August 2015. FORSCOM is the largest Army command and is the provider of expeditionary, regionally engaged, campaign-capable land forces to combatant commanders.
