The threat-management team is a collective of professionals in security, intelligence, law enforcement, emergency management, the U.S. military, and the Fort McCoy community.

During the one-day Aug. 26 meeting, various speakers covered topics such as international terrorism, trending threats, and training opportunities.

The event was organized by the Fort McCoy Security Office, which is part of the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security, as part of activities for observing August as Antiterrorism Awareness Month at the installation.
