Armed Forces Voters Week is June 27 to July 5.

Armed Forces Voters Week is one of three voting-emphasis weeks conducted by the Federal Voting Assistance Program to promote voting registration and assist military service members, overseas citizens groups, and other absentee voters.

The Fort McCoy Voting Assistance Office, located in the Directorate of Human Resources, building 2187, offers resources to help both civilians and military members prepare for elections.

Available resources include the 2015-16 Voting Assistance Guide for service members, their Families, and overseas citizens.

The office also can assist with the Federal Post Card Application Voter Registration and Absentee Ballot Request, Standard Form 76, and the Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot Instructions, Standard Form 186.

Service members and their Family members who have questions about their legal state voting residences can call the Installation Legal Office, located in building 1644, at 608-388-2165.

Current voting information also is available on the Federal Voting Assistance Program's website at www.fvap.gov.
