Soldiers attending the 91B30 Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic training course at Regional Training Site (RTS)-Maintenance at Fort McCoy fabricate a part from plate steel as part of course training in late May. RTS-Maintenance, a tenant organization at Fort McCoy, trains Soldiers from both active- and reserve-component forces and is located in building 1370. Garrison Commander Col. David J. Pinter Sr. and Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) Director Patric D. McGuane participate in a ceremony in late May to sign the DFMWR Covenant.

The covenant emphasizes the DFMWR commitment to the Army by focusing on not just Soldiers and their Families, but also the entire workforce that supports the Army. The of the covenant are to increase DFMWR customer participation and satisfaction, have higher employee job satisfaction, retain high-performing employees, and to continue employee engagement and commitment.
