Infrastructure upgrades

Construction crew members use heavy equipment to dig along the road near Fort McCoy's Main Gate as part of a project to replace water lines. The work, coordinated by the Directorate of Public Works, upgrades water mains in several areas of the installation. The work will continue throughout October.

Bowling alley improvements

Matt Gerovac of Mack Lane Service of Green Bay, Wis., works on an equipment upgrade at the Bowling Center at McCoy's Community Club in September. The upgrade took several days and improved overall operations of the Bowling Center's lane operations equipment just in time for bowling leagues to begin.

Marines from the Marine Air Control Group 48 (MACG 48) practice a patrolling formation along a Fort McCoy road in the cantonment area during training Sept. 24. MACG 48 is a Marine Corps aviation command and control unit based at Naval Station Great Lakes, Ill. MACG 48 Marines regularly complete training at Fort McCoy.
