NAF Lodging sale

Customers at the final Nonappropriated Fund cash-and-carry sale for Fort McCoy Lodging search the merchandise available for bargains. Fort McCoy Lodging will become a contracted organization, IHG Army Hotels, effective May 1. Nonappropriated Fund sales for other Morale, Welfare and Recreation organizations may be offered in the future.

Easter Eggstravaganza

A Family makes crafts at the Exchange during the Easter Eggstravaganza Event at Fort McCoy. The March 23 event also featured an Easter egg hunt, which was held indoors at the Community Activity Center because of the cold, winter-like weather that left much of Fort McCoy covered with snow at the time. Other activities included breakfast and photo opportunities with the Easter bunny and face painting.

Month of Military Child

Youth and parents in the Child, Youth and School Services Program have lunch together at the Youth Center as part of Month of the Military Child activities. Both the Youth Center and the Child Development Center have a number of activities scheduled throughout April to help celebrate the month. Three-Gun shoot

Sportsmen get an early start to the season by firing at a three-gun shoot held March 23 at Fort McCoy's Sportsman's Range. The facility, which officially re-opened for the season April 6, features a rifle range, pistol range, combination trap and skeet shotgun range, and an elevated archery range. Arrest tactics

Instructors demonstrate handcuffing procedures at the Rumpel Fitness Center during the Defense and Arrest Tactics portion of the 2013 Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource Warden Academy recruit class. The 15-week Warden Academy is facilitated by the Bureau of Law Enforcement and is held at the Wisconsin State Patrol Academy at Fort McCoy and at installation facilities.
