Fitness Center has a number of programs and classes to help authorized
patrons reach their goals. Authorized patrons also can use a wide
variety of fitness equipment to pursue their own health and well-being
of the programs personnel may want to join is the Family Connections
Fitness Program, which is designed to encourage families to spend time
together and help them learn to live a healthy lifestyle, said Jobi
Spolum, Fort McCoy Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Marketing. The
program has just completed its first quarter.

Rider, which is held from 11:30 a.m.-noon Tuesdays and 4:15-4:45 p.m.
Thursdays. Other class offerings include pilates, cardio kick/abs,
step/abs, cycling/abs, flexibility training, water aerobics, etc.
