John Newman (second from right) of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower and Reserve Affairs) has lunch with Soldiers during his visit to Fort McCoy. Newman was at Fort McCoy to view the range of training capabilities and assets available for Total Army Training at McCoy and to learn how the installation can support joint capabilities across other military branches and governmental agencies.
