STEM program strengthens McCoy, community ties

Fort McCoy allowed environmental and natural resources staff members to share their knowledge and on-the-job experience with teachers from nine area school districts at a July 20-21 workshop here.

Army Reserve Best Warriors to compete at Army level

The Army Reserve’s Best Warrior Competition was held at Fort McCoy July 25-30. The 30 competitors came from a total force of more than 206,000 and qualified with victories at preliminary competitions at commands across the country.

WAREX training emphasizes FOB defense, convoy lanes

A Warrior Exercise held at Fort McCoy July 11-31 trained the Army Reserve units involved in collective Army Warrior Tasks and continued to prepare the units for training/deployment in the Army Force Generation model.

Boss Lift connects employers, mobilized employees

Employers of Soldiers with the 118th Engineer Company, American Fork, Utah, came to Fort McCoy on an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)-sponsored Boss Lift.
