Army Community Covenant 
signed July 2

Fort McCoy formalized its partnership with Tomah and Sparta as a written agreement when representatives of the three communities signed the Army Community Covenant at McCoy's July 2.

Emergency Services personnel learn national incident procedures

Mid- and upper-level emergency management personnel from Fort McCoy, along with a number of their counterparts from local and state agencies throughout the region, learned updated techniques to handle emergency incidents.
