Welcome Center ATM moved
to building 51 lobby area

The Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in the Fort McCoy Welcome Center has been moved to the 84th Training Command (Leader Readiness) dormitory lobby area in building 51.

Donna Evans, RIA Federal Credit Union manager, said the ATM was moved, with the agreement of all the affected parties, to better serve personnel in and near the 84th facility.

"We’re hoping to get a lot of usage from personnel taking classes from the 84th," Evans said. "They have a Post Exchange and Barber Shop they can use the money for."

Several other areas with high-density personnel populations also are located in the area including the 88th Regional Support Command, the NCO Academy and Regional Training Site-Maintenance.

"The ATM in building 51 will be accessible 24 hours a day," Evans said. "We’re hoping by locating it there we will be able to better serve the personnel in that area of the installation."

RIA also has ATMs at the Main Post Exchange, building 1538, and McCoy’s, building 1571, to serve personnel on the installation. Anyone can use the ATMs.

Personnel with an RIA ATM/debit card won’t be charged a fee to use the machine, while those with non-network cards will be charged a fee, she said.

For more information about the ATMs and use at Fort McCoy, personnel can call the RIA Federal Credit Union at 608-388-2171.
