Lt. Col. Robert Weisbrod (left) was honored with a Certificate of Retirement by Fort McCoy Garrison Commander Col. David. E. Chesser during a Fort McCoy U.S. Army Garrison ceremony. Weisbrod had almost 22 years of service with the last two years at Fort McCoy, first as the Mobilization Unit Inprocessing Center officer-in-charge and then with the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security as the chief, Plans & Operations Branch. Weisbrod received the Legion of Merit for his service at Fort McCoy.

Capt. Douglas Westbrook (left) was honored with a Certificate of Retirement by Fort McCoy Garrison Commander Col. David. E. Chesser during a Fort McCoy U.S. Army Garrison ceremony.  Westbrook served for 29 years. His last assignment was at Fort McCoy as the officer-in-charge at the Soldier Readiness Center. Westbrook received the Meritorious Service Medal for his service at Fort McCoy.
