Smoke blasts out of a debris pile alongside a road through a village on a Fort McCoy training lane. The mounted combat patrol exercise was part of the training for the 115th Engineer Company, a West Virginia Army National Guard unit, training at Fort McCoy in preparation to support Operation Iraqi Freedom.
