DOL monitors logistics customer service assistance

Customers who receive service from a number of Directorate of Logistics (DOL) organizations are requested to tell DOL if they are satisfied or dissatisfied with the service they receive.

The information can be relayed by filling out an Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system comment card available on line at https://ice.disa.mil/ or available in the facility where they receive service.

The affected service categories are: the Transportation Motor Pool; retail supply; personnel movements; ammunition; unit movements; the Central Issue Facility; the Container Processing Center; the Troop Issue Subsistence Activity; the Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group; the Troop Issue Support Branch; Property Book; Freight; laundry facilities (Laundromats); Personal Property – Bloomington, Minn.; Maintenance (Installation Materiel Maintenance Activity) and the Command Supply Discipline Program.

For an immediate response, call the DOL customer service number at 608-388-4062 or send e-mail to usarmy.mccoy.imcom-northeast.list.dol-customer-comments@mail.mil for any questions or complaints with any of the above DOL services. Customers who have received service deserving of recognition also are requested to submit those comments.

For problems obtaining food service that are not resolved in a timely manner or for further assistance in this area, contact the Fort McCoy Food Service team at 608-388-FOOD (3663).

Customers also can complete a Diner Comment Card located in all the Dining Facilities or log onto https://ice.disa.mil/ to forward their comments.
