The annual Fort McCoy Heath and Wellness Fair will offer
several sports activities, a blood drive, informational booths and a
visit by the MedLink AIR Helicopter Wednesday, May 14 at the Rumpel
Fitness Center, building 1122.
The event will run from 10:15 a.m.-1 p.m. and is open to
members of the Fort McCoy community.
Preregistration for participants in the 5K competitive run and
"Walk for the Health of It" activities is under way and will
continue through 9:30 a.m. May 14.
No fees are charged, and prizes will be awarded in the
A blood drive will be held from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Participants can

Booths will be open from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Budding hoopsters can test their free-throw and three-point
shooting prowess in the Free-Throw and Three-point Shooting Contests
from 11 a.m.-noon. Prizes will be awarded.
Members of the Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers program
will sell lunch items at the fair.
Several prize drawings will be held, with prizes given out
during the event. The top personnel who competed in the Fitness Frenzy
contest will be recognized.
