After-action review
Staff Sgt. Jason Homer, center, conducts an after-action review for a group of Airmen that just completed several situational training exercise scenarios at Fort McCoy’s Contingency Operating Location Freedom. Homer is an observer-controller-trainer with the 338th Training Support Battalion, 181st Infantry Brigade. The Airmen, who are training at Fort McCoy in the Joint Sourcing Training Oversight program, are preparing to deploy in support of Operations New Dawn and Enduring Freedom.
