Black History Month observance

Employees from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Madison, Wis., chapter and members of the Fort McCoy community listen while NAACP member Linda Hoskins (not pictured) explains economic empowerment at the Feb. 25 event at Fort McCoy. An observance has been set for 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, March 24 at McCoy’s, building 1571 for Women’s History Month. The guest speaker will be Nancy F.
