Gate and Gate 20, which will continue to be open 24 hours daily and
allow for entry and exit from the installation for all vehicles,
immediately, Gates 5 (Sparta) and 15 (Tomah) will allow traffic in
only one direction when they are open. Motorists entering through
these gates must have vehicle registration decals.

installation using Gates 5 and 15, but traffic only will be allowed to
travel in that direction. Traffic from State Highway 21 will not be
allowed to enter the installation through those gates during this
time, instead being referred to the Main Gate or Gate 20.
5 and 15 also may be closed during times of low traffic, such as
federal holidays and holiday seasons.
