Housing nearing completion
Lonny Petrusa (right) of Carlson Construction Inc., and Craig Sorenson of K&A Electric look over the nearly completed interior of a new four-bedroom house Feb. 2 in the South Post Housing Area. Carlson is finishing construction of 23 houses, which are due to be completed in May. Eight additional military housing units are scheduled to be built on South Post, beginning this spring.

As of Feb. 1, the Eagles have a 3-1 record, while the Rumpelmints are 1-2. The Outlaws lead the league with a 3-0 record, while the Seabees are 0-4.

Members of the Enforcers and Killer Bunnies teams compete in a Feb. 2 Fort McCoy Volleyball League match at the Rumpel Fitness Center. The Killer Bunnies prevailed in three sets, losing the first 18-25, while coming back to win the second and third sets 25-18 and 25-19. As of Feb. 2, the Killer Bunnies have a 7-5 record, while the Enforcers are 6-6. The Ruettigers at 9-0 lead the league, while the Melekalama and MWR and Then Some teams are both 10-2.
