Lorie Retzlaff (left), a resilience coach, trains Fort McCoy personnel during an Army Community Service Instructor Trainer Course. The course qualified attendees to become instructors of the Army Family Team Building Program. Course training included giving a 10-minute speech and receiving information needed to be effective instructors, information about platform skills, the adult learner, managing the learning environment and methods of instruction. Marie Roberts (right) of the Fort McCoy ID Card Section helps Wayne Mahoney of the 88th Regional Support Command and a sergeant major with the 181st Infantry Brigade update his Common Access Card in building 35. Other offices now located in building 35 are Military Retirement Services, In-/Out-Processing and the Army Career and Alumni Program counselor. The facility is near the Main Gate. An open house for the facility is scheduled for Feb. 5 from10 a.m.-2 p.m. Members of the Fort McCoy community are welcome to attend and tour the facility.

Employees from Highway Landscapers, Inc., a subcontractor of TCI Architects, Engineers and Contractor of La Crosse, replace guardrails on a bridge in the cantonment area. TCI has a contract to replace the guardrails on 21 bridges around post to improve safety.
