New ranges, structures 
available in 2008

Several new facilities or ranges, including a Live Fire Shoot House and the Mobile Urban Training Site (MUTS)-North, are available at Fort McCoy to support units and personnel conducting mobilization training, extended combat training or basic combat training during the upcoming training season. CIF ranks high in meeting clothing, equipment needs

After the 2007 mobilization season, the Fort McCoy Central Issue Facility (CIF) is ranked sixth out of 73 similar-sized Department of Defense CIFs for equipment issue in first-time fill rates. (Story, photos.)
